摘  要:目的研究标准化护理结合音乐疗法对发声困难儿童康复护理过程中依从性的临床影响。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月该院收治的发声困难患儿67例,将行标准化康复护理的33例作为对照组,另结合音乐疗法的34例作为护理组,对比两组护理的效果。结果护理组CAPE-V、AVQI、pVHI评分(33.56±2.51)分、(3.03±0.21)分、(30.29±1.25)分明显低于对照组(49.63±5.29)分、(4.41±0.86)分、(32.69±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.961、9.084、8.530,P<0.05),总依从率94.12%高于对照组69.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.793,P=0.009)。结论发声困难儿童康复护理过程中运用标准化护理结合音乐疗法的效果确切,有利于提升患儿依从性,可推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of standardized nursing combined with music therapy on the compliance of children with speech difficulties during rehabilitation nursing.Methods A total of 67 children with dysphonia admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.33 cases who underwent standardized rehabilitation care were used as the control group,and 34 cases combined with music therapy were used as the nursing group.Compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results The CAPE-V,AVQI and pVHI scores of the nursing group were(33.56±2.51)points,(3.03±0.21)points,(30.29±1.25)points were significantly lower than those of the control group(49.63±5.29)points,(4.41±0.86)points,(32.69±1.04)points,the difference was significant(t=15.961,9.084,8.530,P<0.05),the total compliance rate was 94.12%higher than the control group 69.70%,the difference was significant(χ2=6.793,P=0.009).Conclusion The use of standardized nursing combined with music therapy in the rehabilitation care of children with vocal difficulties is effective in improving the compliance of the children and can be promoted.
