疫病背景下大型集体收治场所(方舱医院)开展中医药适宜技术的思考

摘　　要：方舱医院结合了传统大型传染病集中收治场所和现代移动集成医疗系统的优势,具有快速部署、快速收治患者和迅速控制传播途径的作用。中医药对轻型和普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)有较好的疗效,适合在方舱医院内独立和联合使用。同时,四诊技术和诊疗项目在此环境中具有相应的优势和缺陷,值得进一步总结和探索。The mobile cabin hospital combines the advantages of traditional large-scalecentralized treatment place for infectious diseases and modern mobile integrated medical system,and has the functions of rapid deployment,rapid treatment of patients and rapid control of transmission channels.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has good efficacy in the treatment of mild and common Corona Virus Disease 2019(covid-19),which is suitable for independent and combined use in the mobile cabin hospital.At the same time,the four diagnostic techniques and treatment projects have corresponding advantages and disadvantages in this environment,which are worthy of further summary and exploration.
