中药穴位贴敷在肾移植术后的应用及对胃肠功能恢复临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究探讨中药穴位贴敷在肾移植术患者术后的应用及对患者胃肠功能恢复的效果观察。方法收集2017年1月-2019年12月期间医院接受肾移植手术治疗的患者538例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组患者各269例。两组均完成肾移植手术治疗,对照组术后给予常规康复护理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药穴位贴敷。对两组患者临床相关指标、胃肠激素水平、并发症发生率、生活质量评分进行统计比较。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的血清胃泌素(GT)、胃动素(MTL)水平低于对照组,生长抑素(SS)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组并发症发生率为4.09%(11/269),低于对照组患者为8.92%(24/269)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的生活质量包括生理功能、心理功能、社会关系、周围环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷在肾移植术患者术后的应用效果良好,能够促进的胃肠功能的恢复,降低术后的并发症发生率,改善胃肠激素水平,提高生活质量,值得临床推荐。Objective To study the effect of Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with renal transplantation.Methods 538 patients who received renal transplantation from January2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups:observation group and control group,269 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention after operation,and the observation group added acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical indexes,gastrointestinal hormone level,complication rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results the recovery time,anal exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.5).After intervention,the levels of serum gastrin(GT),motilin(MTL)and somatostatin(SS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.5).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.09%(11/269),which was lower than that in the control group 8.92%(24/269)(P<0.5).After intervention,the quality of life(including physiological function,psychological function,social relationship and surrounding environment)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.5).Conclusion Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on patients after kidney transplantation.It can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
