天麻钩藤颗粒联合非洛地平片治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的评价非洛地平片联合天麻钩藤颗粒对治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病中医证候改善的影响,为临床应用提供参考。方法采用随机、对照临床试验,纳入高血压患者共60例,西药非洛地平组干预30例,中药加西药干预即非洛地平片联合天麻钩藤颗粒组30例,对给药前后肝阳上亢型高血压病中医症候及患者生活质量进行评价。结果药物治疗后对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者中医证候的改善,非洛地平组有效率为60.00%,非洛地平片联合天麻钩藤颗粒组为有效率86.67%。非洛地平片组与非洛地平片联合天麻钩藤颗粒组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。药物治疗后比治疗前,非洛地平片组、非洛地平片联合天麻钩藤组,两组患者的生活质量评分均有所提高(P<0.05),药物治疗前后生活质量评分差值,非洛地平片组与非洛地平片+天麻钩藤组比较,联合用药组生活质量比单独应用非洛地平片组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论中药天麻钩藤颗粒联合非洛地平片对肝阳上亢的高血压患者中医证候的改善明显高于单独使用非洛地平片组,并且患者的生活质量明显提高。Objective To evaluate the effect of Felodipine tablets combined used with Tianmagouteng granules on hypertension,type of hyperactive liver-yang that provides reference to clinical usage.Methods operated a randomized controlled clinical trial,involving 60 hypertension patients.Therein,30 patients treated with Felodipine tablets,the other 30 patients treated with drug combination of Felodipine tablets combined and Tianmagouteng granules.Evaluate those patients’quality of life before and after drug administration.Results the effective rate on treating hypertension Chinese medicine syndrome of Felodipine group is 60%,drug combination group is 86.67%.the difference between two groups is remarkable(P<0.05).Life quality scores of both groups are increased(P<0.05).The difference value of drug combination is more obviously than Felodipine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement degree of drug combination-Felodipine tablets and Tianmagouteng granules is apparently higher than exclusive use of Felodipine tablets on treating hypertension,type of hyperactive liver-yang,as well as,quality of life.
