摘　　要：目的探讨不同透析方式对慢性肾脏病(CKD) 5期患者血清Klotho水平及慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨异常(CKDMBD)的影响。方法将我院88例行血液透析治疗的CKD5期患者作为实验组,其中F15透析器、醋酸膜透析器、 FX60透析器、 FX80透析器各22例,另纳入同期行非血液透析治疗的22例CKD5期患者作为对照组。比较各组的血清Klotho、血钙、血磷、血肌酐、 iPTH水平。结果治疗后,实验组血清Klotho、血钙水平高于对照组,血磷、血肌酐、 iPTH水平低于对照组(P <0.05);FX80透析器血清Klotho水平高于F15透析器、醋酸膜透析器、 FX60透析器(P <0.05)。实验组各透析器的血钙、血磷、血肌酐、 iPTH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在血液透析治疗CKD5期患者中,选用FX80透析器对血清Klotho水平的改善效果更好。Objective To explore the influence of different dialysis methods on serum Klotho level and chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD)in patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods 88 stage 5 CKD patients with hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as experimental group,including 22 cases of F15 dialyzer,22 cases of acetic acid membrane dialyzer,22 cases of FX60 dialyzer and 22 cases of FX80 dialyzer.Another 22 stage 5 CKD patients with non-hemodialysis at the same time were selected as control group.The levels of serum Klotho,calcium,phosphorus,creatinine and iPTH were compared among all groups.Results After treatment,the serum Klotho and calcium levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the serum phosphorus,creatinine and iPTH levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The serum Klotho level of FX80 dialyzer was higher than that of F15 dialyzer,acetic acid membrane dialyzer and FX60 dialyzer(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the serum calcium,phosphorus,creatinine and iPTH among the dialyzers in the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusions In the hemodialysis of stage 5 CKD patients,FX80 dialyzer has better improvement effect on the serum Klotho level.
