摘　　要：目的分析Poincare散点图联合心电图QRS碎裂波形在心肌梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月至2019年2月我院收治的76例疑似心肌梗死患者,均接受Poincare散点图及心电图QRS碎裂波检查,以冠状动脉造影检查结果为"金标准",分析Poincare散点图、心电图QRS碎裂波形和联合检查对心肌梗死的诊断效能。结果 76例疑似病例中,经冠状动脉造影检查确诊心肌梗死60例,其他心脏病16例;Poincare散点图联合心电图QRS碎裂波形诊断心肌梗死的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均高于两者单一检测(P <0.05)。结论 Poincare散点图联合心电图QRS碎裂波形检查可有效提高心肌梗死的诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确度,为临床早期诊疗提供更客观的依据。Objective To analyze the application value of Poincare scatter plot combined with electrocardiogram QRS fragmentation waveform in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction.Methods 76 cases of patients with suspected myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 were selected and given Poincare scatter plot and electrocardiogram QRS fragmentation waveform detection.Taking coronary angiography as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of the Poincare scatter plot,the electrocardiogram QRS fragmentation waveform,and the combined detection for myocardial infarction was analyzed.Results Of the 76 suspected cases,60 cases of myocardial infarction and 16 cases of other heart diseases were diagnosed by coronary angiography.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Poincare scatter plot combined with electrocardiogram QRS fragmentation waveform in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction were higher than those of the single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Poincare scatter plot combined with electrocardiogram QRS fragmentation waveform can effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of myocardial infarction,and provide more objective basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
