摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因对行髋关节置换术患者苏醒质量及镇痛效果的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月于我院行髋关节置换术的60例患者,根据右美托咪定使用浓度分为A组(0.25μg/m L)、 B组(0.50μg/m L)和C组(1.00μg/m L)。对比三组的苏醒质量(BCS评分和Ramsay评分)及镇痛效果(VAS评分)。结果 T1、 T2时,B组的BCS评分高于A组和C组(P <0.05);T1、 T2时,B组的Ramsay评分高于A组,低于C组(P <0.05)。T1、 T2时,A组的VAS评分高于B组和C组(P <0.05);B组与C组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 0.50μg/m L右美托咪定联合0.25%罗哌卡因应用于髋关节置换术患者效果显著,可更好地改善其苏醒质量,同时减轻术后疼痛。Objective To explore the influence of different concentrations of dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine on the recovery quality and analgesic effect in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods 60 patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into group A(0.25μg/mL)and group B(0.50μg/mL)and group C(1.00μg/mL)according to the dexmedetomidine concentration.The recovery quality(BCS score,Ramsay score)and analgesic effect(VAS score)were compared among the three groups.Results At T1 and T2,the BCS scores of group B were higher than those of group A and group C(P<0.05).At T1 and T2,the Ramsay scores of group B were higher than those of group A and lower than those of group C(P<0.05).At T1 and T2,the VAS scores of group A were higher than those of group B and group C(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the VAS score between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusions 0.50μg/mL dexmedetomidine combined with 0.25%ropivacaine has significant effect in patients undergoing hip replacement,which can better improve the recovery quality and reduce postoperative pain.
