个性化护理联合康复训练对心脏搭桥术患者认知功能和运动耐力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理联合康复训练对心脏搭桥术患者认知功能和运动耐力的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2020年1月我院收治的92例心脏搭桥术患者,随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46)。对照组行常规护理联合康复训练,观察组行个性化护理联合康复训练。对比两组患者护理前后的认知功能及6-MWT。结果护理前,两组的正确字母划消个数、连续相加测验完成时间及6-MWT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的正确字母划消个数多于对照组,连续相加测验完成时间短于对照组,6-MWT长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论个性化护理联合康复训练可促进心脏搭桥术患者认知功能和肢体运动功能的恢复,提高其运动耐力。Objective To explore the influence of personalized nursing combined with rehabilitation training on cognitive function and exercise endurance of patients with cardiac bypass surgery.Methods 92 cases of patients with cardiac bypass surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The control group was given routine nursing combined with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given personalized nursing combined with rehabilitation training.The cognitive function and 6-MWT before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the correct number of letter cancel test,finish time of continuous calculation test and 6-MWT between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the correct number of letter cancel test in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the finish time of continuous calculation test was shorter than that in the control group,and the 6-MWT was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing combined with rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of cognitive function and limb motor function of patients with cardiac bypass surgery,and improve the exercise endurance.
