摘　　要：目的研究分析规范医院输血科管理对确保用血安全的效果。方法将该院2018年度已开始执行规范化管理期间178例血样样本及输血事件纳入实验组,将该院2017年度行常规管理期间182例血样标本及输血事件纳入对照组,对比两组管理质量与输血不良事件发生概率。结果实验组血液报废率为2.81%低于对照组的23.63%(P<0.05);实验组试剂库存期、首袋发血时间以及红细胞库存期均短于对照组;实验组临床资料完整率以及临床满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的管理质量要明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组输血风险事件发生概率为1.12%显著低于对照组的10.99%(P<0.05)。结论在医院输血科实施规范化管理制度后可以降低血液报废率,并显著提升用血安全性,具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To study and analyze the effect of standardizing the management of hospital blood transfusion department on ensuring blood safety.Methods 178 blood samples and transfusion events during the standardized management period in the hospital in 2018 were included in the experimental group,and 182 blood samples and transfusion events during the routine management period in our hospital in 2017 were included in the control group.The quality of management and the probability of adverse blood transfusion events in the two groups.Results The blood rejection rate of the experimental group was 2.81%lower than that of the control group,23.63%(P<0.05);the experimental group’s reagent inventory period,first bag of blood time,and red blood cell inventory period were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group’s clinical data integrity rate and clinical satisfaction were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the management quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of blood transfusion risk events in the experimental group was 1.12%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,10.99%(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a standardized management system in the hospital blood transfusion department can reduce the blood rejection rate and significantly improve the safety of blood use,which has a certain clinical promotion value.
