摘　　要：随着医保覆盖范围的不断扩大,医保参保人数逐渐增多,在医保支付方式的改革下,对医院财务管理产生了较大的影响。为进一步提升医院资金的使用效率,需要对医院的医疗成本进行合理管控,对新医保支付方式进行持续研究,以推进医院财务管理工作的良好发展。该文对新医保支付方式的特点进行了分析,阐述了新医保支付方式对医院财务管理工作产生的影响,并提出相关应对策略,旨在为各医院应对新医保支付方式提供有效参考。With the continuous expansion of medical insurance coverage,the number of medical insurance participants has gradually increased.Under the reform of medical insurance payment methods,it has had a greater impact on hospital financial management.In order to further improve the efficiency of the use of hospital funds,it is necessary to rationally control the hospital's medical costs,and conduct continuous research on new medical insurance payment methods to promote the sound development of hospital financial management.This article analyzes the characteristics of the new medical insurance payment method,expounds the impact of the new medical insurance payment method on the financial management of hospitals,and proposes relevant coping strategies,aiming to provide an effective reference for hospitals to respond to the new medical insurance payment method.
