医院输血科规范化管理与临床输血安全探讨

摘　　要：目的研究分析医院输血科的规范化管理和保证患者临床输血安全的策略。方法随机选择2017年5月—2019年6月期间在该院治疗过程中进行临床输血的100例患者,并将其分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组患者的治疗是在输血科常规管理的条件下对患者进行临床输血,而实验组患者的治疗是在输血科规范化管理的条件下进行临床输血,分析两组患者治疗后的身体各项指标。结果实验组治疗后,身体各项指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时实验组患者临床输血的安全性高,治疗过程中因输血科管理不到位而引发意外事件的概率低。结论医院输血科的规范化管理在一定程度上能够保证患者临床输血的安全性,从而提高了患者的治疗效果。Objective To study and analyze the standardized management of hospital blood transfusion department and the strategy to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion in patients.Methods 100 patients who underwent clinical blood transfusion during the treatment in the hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group.The treatment of patients in the control group was routinely performed in the department of blood transfusion;patients in the experimental group were treated with clinical blood transfusion under the conditions of management,while the treatment of patients in the experimental group was treated with clinical blood transfusion under the conditions of standardized management in the department of blood transfusion,and the physical indicators of the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment,the experimental group had significantly better physical indicators than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the safety of patients’clinical blood transfusion in the experimental group was higher and the factors in the treatment process were reduced.The probability of accidents caused by improper management of the blood transfusion department.Conclusion The standardized management of the hospital blood transfusion department can ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion for patients to a certain extent,thereby improving the treatment effect of patients.
