摘　　要：党委领导下的院长负责制是党对公立医院领导的根本制度。在全面从严治党的新常态下,随着中央《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》出台,贯彻好落实好《意见》,进一步完善公立医院党的领导体制,充分发挥党委的政治核心作用,对于促进公立医院党的建设和事业发展具有十分重要的意义。The president responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee is the fundamental system of the party's leadership of public hospitals.Under the new normal of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,following the release of the Central Committee’s"Opinions on Strengthening Party Building in Public Hospitals",implement the"Opinions",to further improve the party's leadership system in public hospitals and give full play to the political core role of the party committee is of great significance for promoting party building and career development in public hospitals.
