摘　　要：目的分析脂蛋白(α)联合胆红素检验诊断冠心病诊断价值分析。方法方便选择2018年9月—2019年9月该院收治冠心病患者50例为研究组,另选同期50名行健康体检者为对照组。两组均给予脂蛋白(α)联合胆红素检验,比较两组脂蛋白(a)指标;对两组总胆红素、直接胆红素以及间接胆红素指标进行比较。结果研究组脂蛋白(a)指标为(306.54±38.46)mg/L,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.159,P<0.05);研究组患者总胆红素(8.43±2.17)μmol/L低于对照组(13.85±2.24)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=12.289,P<0.05);两组直接胆红素与间接胆红素指标对比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.336、0.916,P>0.05)。结论临床对冠心病进行脂蛋白(α)联合胆红素检验,其临床诊断准确率高,能为诊断及治疗提供科学、有效的依据,应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of lipoprotein(α)combined with bilirubin test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,50 patients with coronary heart disease treated in the hospital were conveniently selected as the study group,and 50 healthy patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were given lipoprotein(α)combined with bilirubin test to compare the two groups of lipoprotein(α)indicators;total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The index of lipoprotein(α)in the study group was(306.54±38.46)mg/L,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.159,P<0.05).The total bilirubin(8.43±2.17)μmol/L in the study group was lower than the control group(13.85±2.24)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.289,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin indicators(t=1.336,0.916,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of lipoprotein(α)combined with bilirubin test for coronary heart disease has a high clinical diagnosis accuracy rate,can provide a scientific and effective basis for diagnosis and treatment,has significant application effects.
