氧驱动雾化吸入联合叩背器在2~6月婴儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析氧驱动雾化吸入联合叩背器排痰在2~6月龄婴儿支气管肺炎中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该科2019年1—12月收治的2~6月婴儿支气管肺炎患儿82例,随机按数字分组方式将其分为实验组和对照组,每组41例。对照组采取常规药物治疗与氧驱动雾化吸入,实验组在对照组基础上加用叩背器叩背排痰。对比两组治疗总有效率、临床相关指标。结果实验组患儿临床治疗总有效率为95.1%明显高于对照组的80.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.100,P=0.040),且临床疗效相关指标明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入联合叩背器排痰治疗2~6月龄婴儿支气管肺炎,排痰效果好,不良反应小,安全性高。Objective To explore and analyse the clinical application effect of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation combined with backknocking device for sputum removal in infants aged 2-6 months old with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 82 infants with bronchopneumonias from 2 months to 6 months who were admitted to the department from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group according to numbers,with 41 patients in each group.Control group took routine drug treatment and oxygen-driven atomization inhalation,the experimental group on the basis of the control group,added percussive back percussive back sputum.The total effective rate and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.1%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.5%,with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.100,P=0.040),and the relevant indicators of clinical efficacy were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomization inhalation combined with backknocking device for sputum removal in the treatment of 2-6 months old infants with bronchopneumonia has good sputum removal effect,less side effects and high safety.
