小儿先天性髋关节脱位行围手术期护理的风险及防范措施分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿先天性髋关节脱位行围手术期护理的风险及防范措施。方法方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月期间收治的80例小儿先天性髋关节脱位患儿随机分为对照组(常规围手术期护理)与研究组(护理风险评估基础上实施围手术期护理)各40例,评判标准:家属护理满意度、并发症发生率及复位成功率。结果研究组家属对护理工作满意度的92.50%明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.646,P<0.05)。研究组患儿出现并发症几率的5.00%明显低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.165,P<0.05);研究组患儿复位成功率的100.00%虽然高于对照组的95.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.513,P>0.05)。结论护理风险评估基础上实施围手术期护理有利于保障手术预后效果,且家属十分认可此护理模式。Objective To discuss the risk and preventive measures of perioperative nursing for congenital dislocation of hip joint in children.Methods In the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,admitted during the period of 80 cases children with congenital dislocation of the hip were convenient selected and divided into control group(conventional perioperative nursing)and group(nursing risk assessment based on the implementation of perioperative nursing)40 cases,judging criteria:family nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications and reset the success rate.Results The nursing work satisfaction of family members in the study group was 92.50%higher than that of the control group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.646,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in children in the study group was 5.00%lower than that in the control group 22.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).Although the reduction success rate of 100.00%in the study group was higher than that of 95.00%in the control group,the difference was not significant(χ2=0.513,P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk assessment based on the implementation of perioperative nursing is conducive to ensure the outcome of surgery,and the family is very recognized this nursing model.
