临床护理路径在老年高血压护理中的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床护理路径在老年高血压护理中的临床应用效果。方法简单随机选择2018年10月—2019年10月期间到该院进行治疗的120例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施常规的护理干预,实验组采用临床护理路径护理,分析两组临床应用效果。结果实验组患者护理后的收缩压(116.28±10.91)mmHg和舒张压(76.54±10.34)mmHg低于对照组的收缩压(133.20±17.14)mmHg和舒张压(93.22±10.24)mmHg(t=3.720、5.120,P<0.05);实验组患者心理SAS评分(45.2±4.3)分和SDS评分(42.8±6.3)分均低于对照组患者的SAS评分(56.3±5.5)分和SDS评分(58.1±3.9)分(t=16.140、46.000,P<0.05);实验组患者的护理后生活质量的心理功能(89.2±8.1)分、生理功能(86.2±8.1)分、社会功能(86.5±8.6)分、物质功能(87.6±8.4)分高于对照组患者(t=13.500、9.890、8.540、8.800,P<0.05);实验组患者的满意度(95%)高于对照组患者的满意度(83%)(χ~2=4.227,P=0.040)。结论临床护理路径能够降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和血压,提高患者的生活质量和满意度,在临床对老年高血压患者的护理中有应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical application effects of clinical nursing pathways in elderly hypertension nursing.Methods 120 elderly hypertensive patients who came to the hospital for treatment from October 2018 to October 2019 were simple random selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing interventions.The experimental group adopted clinical nursing path nursing,to analyze their clinical application effect.Results The systolic blood pressure(116.28±10.91)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(76.54±10.34)mmHg of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(133.20±17.14)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(93.22±10.24)mmHg(t=3.720,5.120,P<0.05);the psychological SAS scores(45.2±4.3)points and SDS scores(42.8±6.3)points of the experimental group were lower than the SAS scores(56.3±5.5)points and SDS scores(58.1±3.9)points of the control group(t=16.140,46.000,P<0.05);the psychological function of the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group after nursing(89.2±8.1)points,physical function(86.2±8.1)points,social function(86.5±8.6)points,material function(87.6±8.4)points,higher than the control group(t=13.500,9.890,8.540,8.800,P<0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group(95%)was higher than that of the control group(83%)(χ2=4.227,P=0.040).Conclusion The clinical nursing path can reduce the anxiety,depression and blood pressure of patients,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It has promotion value in clinical nursing of elderly hypertensive patients.
