摘 要:目的分析CT三维重建技术在足踝部损伤诊断价值分析。方法方便选择2018年3月—2020年3月该院收治65例踝足踝部损伤患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组32例使用64排螺旋CT轴扫诊断,研究组33例采用64排螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断。对两种诊断方法诊断价值进行比较。结果研究组腔内骨折、累及关节面检出率为90.91%,明显比对照组71.88%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.910,P<0.05);研究组确诊30例、漏诊2例、误诊1例,准确率为90.91%,明显比对照组65.63%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.146,P<0.05)。结论临床将CT三维重建技术应用于足踝部损伤诊断中,其检出率及诊断率高,能为临床提供有效依据。Objective To analyze the value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of foot and ankle joint injuries.Methods Convenient select from March 2018 to March 2020,65 patients with foot and ankle joint injuries were treated in this hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was diagnosed by 64-row spiral CT and the study group was diagnosed by 64-row CT 3D reconstruction technical diagnosis.Compare the diagnostic value of the two diagnostic methods.Results The detection rate of intracavity fractures and involved articular surfaces in the study group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 71.88%.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.910,P<0.05);30 cases were diagnosed in the study group,2 cases were missed,and misdiagnosed in 1 case,the accuracy rate was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than the control group 65.63%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.146,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of foot and ankle joint injuries in clinic has a high detection rate and diagnosis rate,which can provide an effective basis for clinical practice.
