诺欣妥对难治性心力衰竭患者心室重构的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片(商品名:诺欣妥)对难治性心力衰竭患者心室重构的影响,探究其临床研究价值。方法 50例难治性心力衰竭患者,采用盲选法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者采取传统药物进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予诺欣妥进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后心功能[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]水平和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率88.00%明显高于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF水平改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的不良反应发生率4.00%明显低于对照组的28.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对难治性心力衰竭患者实行药物治疗时,在传统药物治疗基础上给予诺欣妥进行治疗,能够提高患者的治疗效果,提高患者心功能水平,降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的用药安全性,具有较高的临床研究价值。Objective To analyze the effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets(trade name:Entresto)on ventricular remodeling in patients with refractory heart failure,and investigate its clinical value.Methods A total of 50 patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional medicine,and the observation group was treated with Entresto on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,cardiac function[left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment 88.00%of the observation group was obviously higher than 64.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions 4.00%of the observation group was obviously lower than 28.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional medicine,Entresto can improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the level of cardiac function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has high drug safety and high clinical research value.
