米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法 80例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用丹那唑治疗,试验组患者采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应(潮热、腰部酸痛以及乳腺疼痛)发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率82.5%高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率为12.5%,低于对照组的32.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫内膜异位症患者采取米非司酮治疗的临床效果较好,且不良反应少,故应推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 80 endometriosis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with danazol,and the experimental group was treated with mifepristone.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions(hot flashes,lower back pain,and breast pain)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 82.5%of the experimental group was higher than 60.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 12.5%,which was lower than 32.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone has good clinical effect on endometriosis patients with less adverse reactions,so it should be promoted and applied.
