鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床观察。方法 60例变应性鼻炎患儿,应用抛硬币的方式分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组患儿仅在睡前使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上给予鼻渊通窍颗粒。对比两组患儿临床疗效及各项血清因子指标[嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)及血清细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)]。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿ECP(15.10±3.21)μg/L、IgE(172.04±26.15)KU/L、ICAM-1(6.46±1.35)ng/ml,均优于对照组的(18.22±3.84)μg/L、(190.33±29.36)KU/L、(7.61±1.70)ng/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎患儿的效果确切,可明显改善患儿血清因子指标,值得临床大力推荐。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with allergic rhinitis were divided into observation group and control group by tossing coins,with 30 cases in each group.Children in the control group only used mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray before going to bed,and children in the observation group also used Biyuan Tongqiao Granules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and serum factor indexes[eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ECP(15.10±3.21)μg/L,IgE(172.04±26.15)KU/L and ICAM-1(6.46±1.35)ng/ml of the observation group were better than(18.22±3.84)μg/L,(190.33±29.36)KU/L and(7.61±1.70)ng/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray is effective in treating children with allergic rhinitis.It can greatly improve the serum factor index of children,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
