生化清宫汤联合米非司酮治疗宫内组织残留的应用价值评估

摘　　要：目的评估生化清宫汤联合米非司酮治疗宫内组织残留的应用价值。方法选取96例宫内组织残留的患者作为研究对象,根据数字分组的方式分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者采用单药米非司酮进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用生化清宫汤进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效,宫内组织残余面积,阴道出血情况(阴道出血量、阴道流血持续时间)。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.8%高于的对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的宫内组织残留面积(1.12±0.35)cm2小于对照组的(2.42±0.61)cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的阴道出血量(63.4±2.5)ml少于对照组的(72.9±3.8)ml,阴道流血持续时间(5.8±1.5)h短于对照组的(6.9±1.7)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫内组织残留患者应用生化清宫汤和米非司酮联合治疗,能够有效地减少组织残留面积,减轻阴道不规则出血情况,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the practical value of Shenghua Qinggong Decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of intrauterine tissue residue.Methods A total of 96 patients with intrauterine tissue residue as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to digital grouping method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with Shenghua Qinggong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,residual area of intrauterine tissue,vaginal bleeding(amount of vaginal bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 93.8%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the residual area of intrauterine tissue(1.12±0.35)cm2 of the observation group was smaller than(2.42±0.61)cm2 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding(63.4±2.5)ml of the observation group was less than(72.9±3.8)ml of the control group,and duration of vaginal bleeding(5.8±1.5)h was shorter than(6.9±1.7)h of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Shenghua Qinggong Decoction and mifepristone for patients with intrauterine tissue residue can effectively reduce the residual area of intrauterine tissue and reduce irregular vaginal bleeding.It is worthy of promotion.
