摘  要:湿法炼锌过程中铁的去除方法常见的有三种:赤铁矿法,针铁矿法,黄钾(钠)铁矾法。黄钾(钠)铁矾法目前应用较多,但产生渣量较大,且渣的回收处理较为困难。针铁矿法虽然工业控制较难,但产物针铁矿在二次资源使用时产生渣量较少。赤铁矿法则是能耗过高。随着环保工作对有色冶炼的要求日益完善,国内众多的研究者倾向于针铁矿法除铁,也有不少研究者推崇赤铁矿法除铁。There are three methods of removing iron in the process of zinc hydrometallurgy:jarosite method,goethite method,hematite method.The jarosite method is the most widely used,but the amount of slag is large,and the slag recovery is difficult.Although the goethite method is difficult to control in industry,the product goethite can be used as a secondary resource with less slag.The hematite rule is high energy consumption.Along with the environmental protection work to the nonferrous smelting requirements are increasingly perfect,many domestic researchers tend to goethite iron removal method,there are also many researchers praise hematite iron removal method.
