摘　　要：针对酒钢CSP产线开发耐大气腐蚀钢带Q345NQR2初期出现连铸机粘结漏钢、表面裂纹、强度富余量不足等生产质量问题,通过对钢水成分、保护渣、生产计划的优化、连铸二冷水、连铸机拉速的控制以及控轧控冷工艺的摸索,实现酒钢CSP产线铁道车辆用耐大气腐蚀钢带Q345NQR2的稳定生产。This paper mainly aims at the atmospheric corrosion resistant steel strip Q345NQR2 production quality problem of early stage continuous casting bond breakout occurred,surface crack,insufficient strength surplus in JISCO CSP production line development,by controlling the composition of molten steel,mold powder,optimization of production plan,continuous casting secondary cooling water,casting speed and research on the technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling,the stable production of the atmospheric corrosion resistant steel strip Q345NQR2 is realized on JISCO CSP line.
