摘　　要：鉴于原位杂交和免疫组化实验发现蛋白激酶Riok3在P1、P3和P5的雌性小鼠卵巢卵母细胞中高表达,为深入了解Riok3在哺乳动物卵巢发育过程中的分子调控机制及其在卵细胞发育中的功能,通过构建Riok3条件性打靶载体,基因打靶、干细胞囊胚注射和胚胎移植,成功得到了Riok3条件基因打靶的小鼠模型(Riok3 loxP/loxP).High expression of Riok3 was detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry in the oocytes of P1,P3 and P5 day old female mice.And for an in-depth understanding of the molecular regulatory mechanisms of Riok3 during mammalian ovarian development and their functions in egg cell development,by constructing Riok3 conditional targeting vector,gene targeting,stem cell blastocyst injection and embryo transfer,the Riok3 conditional targeting mice model(Riok3 loxP/loxP)were obtained.
