摘  要:单电流调节器弱磁控制算法是一种针对永磁同步电机的弱磁控制策略,该算法利用了永磁同步电机定子电流d轴与q轴电流分量的耦合效应,通过给定交轴电压来同时控制永磁同步电机的转矩和磁通。该算法控制简单,动态响应快,但是不能充分利用电机逆变器的直流侧电压,导致电机的调速范围变窄,使得电机工作效率降低。在传统的单电流调节器弱磁控制的基础上,针对电机调速范围变窄的问题,引入虚拟阻抗的概念,提出了一种新的给定交轴电压的方法,依照稳态工作点预先设定电流轨迹,再根据单电流调节器的控制思想得到交轴电压给定值的表达式,解决了传统单电流调节器弱磁控制算法交轴电压值依据经验直接给定的弊端,拓宽了电机的调速范围,提高了电机的工作效率。仿真和实验结果验证了所提算法的可行性和有效性。The flux-weakening control algorithm based on single current regulator is a flux-weakening control strategy for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSM).The algorithm utilizes the cross-coupling effect of d-axis and q-axis current component of the stator current of PMSM,and simultaneously controls the torque and the flux of the PMSM by giving the reference voltage value.It is easy to control the algorithm which is fast in dynamic response,but it can’t fully utilize the DC side voltage of the inverter,resulting in narrowing of the speed regulation range of the motor,which reduces the efficiency of the PMSM.The concept of virtual impedance was introduced on the basis of the traditional flux-weakening control of the single current regulator to solve the problem of narrowing of the speed regulation range.A new method of giving the q-axis voltage was proposed.The current track was presented according to the steady-state operating point,and then an expression of the q-axis voltage was obtained according to the control algorithm of the single current regulator,which solves the shortcomings of the q-axis voltage value directly given based on experience in the traditional single current regulator flux-weakening control algorithm and improves the efficiency of the motor.Simulation and experimental results verify feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
