乡村振兴背景下农村老人信息素养培训案例研究——以嘉兴市图书馆“夕阳红e族”为例

摘　　要：当前互联网科技已经普及到了农村,但农村老人在数字鸿沟下易被忽视和边缘化,党的十九大报告提出了“实施乡村振兴战略”,为提高他们的信息素养创造了新机遇。嘉兴市图书馆“夕阳红e族”培训项目,先将总馆服务模式打造成样板,然后共享总馆所有教材和课件资源,再派遣总馆教师团队进农村指导,先推广到各个乡镇和社区分馆,再推广到村分馆,分级实现老年人信息素养培训在农村全域覆盖。文章对此案例进行了剖析,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。In a time when Internet science and technology are available to the countryside,the rural elderly are ignored and marginalized by the digital divide.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party puts forward the"implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization",helping improve their information literacy.The main library of Jiaxing Library has built its own service mode under the program of Sunset Red E,and all the teaching materials and courseware sources are shared by community libraries in towns and countries,with the instruction of teachers from the main library.As a result,full coverage of information literacy training for the elderly can be achieved in rural areas.Thus the paper analyzes the program and offers suggestions for further improvement.
