试论《宋西北边境军政文书》形式研究的意义

摘　　要：古代公文形式研究可为辨析其性质提供依据、有利于理清古公文构成时间差并能够提供政治运作线索。文章以《宋西北边境军政文书》为例,归纳关状、庶民及底层官吏用状、上行文劄子的具体格式;以草稿特征、日期下押字情况分辨其构成的时间节点;指出文书归档时用印防伪方式及书判需据不同情况选择相应的墨色、位置。The study of the external forms of ancient official documents can identify the category,creating time of the documents and also tells a lot about political activities at that time.Based on the Military and Political Documents of the Northwestern Border of the Song Dynasty,the paper researches the formats of GuanZhuang(关状),official documents of ordinary people and officials in the bottom echelon.The paper also discusses the forms of permission request documents.The features of the draft and signature can be used to identify when the document was composed.At the time,stamps of different ink colors and positions were used for ant-forgery.
