摘  要:针对水电和火电机组励磁调节系统参数协调提升电力系统稳定性问题,提出一种基于常规水电机组、抽水蓄能机组与火电机组励磁系统,提升动态稳定极限和暂态稳定极限的电力系统阻尼优化控制方法。首先研究同步机组自并励励磁调节系统拓扑模型及模型中各参数与机组励磁响应关系;然后,研究基于水火协调励磁调节的电力系统多机转子运动方程,建立水火电协调电力系统阻尼优化控制模型,并在此基础上,研究考虑多场景扰动下的阻尼控制协调的励磁系统参数优化策略及其求解算法;最后,以华中电网实际运行数据为基础,建立水火协调多场景电力系统阻尼优化动态控制仿真模型。仿真算例结果表明,文章所提出的水火电协调阻尼控制模型,能够有效协调控制电力系统中多场景扰动下的励磁参数,提高水电占比较高的电力系统的多场景稳定能力。Aiming at the problem of coordinated excitation adjustment system parameters of hydropower and thermal power units to improve power system stability,a power system damping that can improve the dynamic stability limit and transient stability limit based on the conventional hydropower unit,pumped storage unit and thermal power unit excitation system is proposed Optimize the control model.First,study the topology model of the self-shunt excitation regulation system of synchronous generators and the relationship model of each parameter in the model with the excitation response of the generator;then,study the power system multi-rotor motion equations based on the water-heat coordinated excitation regulation,and establish the water-heat coordinated power system damping optimization control model,And on this basis,study the excitation system parameter optimization strategy model and its solution algorithm considering the damping control coordination under multi-scenario disturbance;finally,based on the actual operating data of the Central China Power Grid,the water-heat coordination multi-scenario power system damping optimization dynamic control is established The simulation model,the results of simulation examples and their analysis show that the water-heat coordinated damping control model proposed in this paper can effectively coordinate the excitation system control strategy under multi-scenario disturbances in the power system,and improve the multi-scenario stability of the power system with a high proportion of hydropower.
