中国电影产业的“危”与“机”——基于2020版产业指数的分析

摘　　要：通过反思价值链理论,文章构建了复杂生态系统理论模型。基于新的理论模型,从"产业基础与环境""产业规模""产业效益""产业竞争力"四个方面构建了电影产业指数指标体系;通过2009—2019年的数据计算中国电影的产业指数,发现目前电影产业综合指数总体上处于高位、区域发展差距持续缩小、大众认可度不断增高。此外,对于产业效率下降、海外竞争力不强、产业集中度不高等问题,以及新冠肺炎疫情的冲击等,提出了相应的对策建议。A theoretical model of complex ecosystem is established after a serious of reflection on the value chain theory. Based on the new theoretical model, the film industry index should have to be constructed from four dimensions: "industrial base and environment","industrial scale","industrial efficiency " and" industrial competitiveness". By calculating the Chinese film industry index from 2009 to 2019, it has found that the comprehensive index is general y at a high level,the regional development gap continues to be narrowed, and the public recognition sustains to increase. In addition, we put forward some corresponding counter measures and suggestions based on the decline of industrial efficiency, the weak competitiveness overseas, the relatively low levels of industrial concentration and the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
