摘  要:为了预防铁路营业线施工安全事故,解决施工现场人防为主,存在安全隐患的问题。分析铁路营业线施工现场安全防护管理的业务需求,提出安全管控策略和卡控流程,利用人脸识别技术、北斗地基增强高精度定位技术、移动应用技术、GIS技术等新技术,研发了两款智能安全防护设备,设计开发一种铁路营业线施工智能安全防护管理系统,实现对施工现场关键人员、智能防护设备、路用车、施工作业流程进行智能化、全过程管理。通过神华包神铁路集团神朔铁路的现场应用表明:系统满足施工现场安全防护要求,提高施工现场作业标准化、智能化,有效降低施工作业安全风险。研究成果提供了一种施工现场安全防护的智能技防手段。There arise some potential safety hazards in the prevention of construction accidents of railway business line and in the artificial protection at the construction site.This paper analyzes the business requirements of safety protection management at the construction site of railway business line and puts forward safety control strategy and control process.With the help of face recognition technology,Beidou foundation enhanced high-precision positioning technology,mobile application technology,GIS technology and other new technologies,two kinds of intelligent safety protection equipment and an intelligent safety protection management system for railway business line construction are developed to realize the intelligent and whole process management of key personnel,intelligent protection equipment,railway vehicles and construction processes.The field application of Shenmu-Shuozhou Railway managed by Shenhua Baoshen Railway Group shows that the system meets the safety protection requirements of the construction site,improves the standardization and intelligence of the construction site operation and effectively reduces the risks in construction operations.The research results provide an intelligent technical method for construction site protection.
