摘  要:北京动车段作为国内最早建成运营的动车段,为满足动车组三级修高效、顺畅的检修作业需求,通过分析动车组三级修作业内容及工艺流程特点,研究确定三级修检修库的长、宽、高等工艺尺寸及平面布局,提出三级修关键设备的配备以及三级修检修库的关键技术及解决方案等,较好地解决了动车组三级修检修作业的需求,尤其是固定式架车机、侧移式接触网、过轨式起重机等关键技术的采用,保证了动车组三级修作业的安全可靠并较大地提高了作业效率,经过十多年的运营考验,验证了三级修库设计的合理性及关键设备的可靠性。Beijing EMU Depot is the first one in service in china.In order to meet the demand of efficiency and smoothness of EMU level 3 maintenance,the contends and characteristics of level 3 maintenance are studied to determine the process dimension of length,width,height and the layout of level 3 maintenance workshop.Key equipment and maintenance technical scheme are put forward to meet the maintenance demand.Especially,the adoption of fixed train lifting jack,side-moving catenary and over-rail crane ensures the safety and reliability of level 3 maintenance and promotes its efficiency.The more than 10 years'successful operation verifies the rationality of the level 3 workshop and the reliability of key equipment.
