摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定绛糖宁胶囊中太子参环肽B、葫芦素B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷和毛蕊异黄酮的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamasil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:0.9 mL/min;检测波长:203 nm(太子参环肽B)、227 nm(葫芦素B)和254 nm(毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷和毛蕊异黄酮);采用SPSS 26.0统计软件对绛糖宁胶囊中5种成分含量进行聚类分析。结果:太子参环肽B、葫芦素B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷和毛蕊异黄酮分别在1.16~23.20μg/mL、0.64~12.80μg/mL、8.78~175.60μg/mL、5.27~105.40μg/mL、3.59~71.80μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9991);平均加样回收率分别为98.52%、96.97%、100.15%、98.74%和99.34%,RSD分别为1.61%、1.26%、0.73%、1.12%和0.58%;10批样品聚类分析为2类。结论:该方法操作简便、重复性好,可用于绛糖宁胶囊中太子参环肽B、葫芦素B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷和毛蕊异黄酮的含量测定。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of heterophyllin B,cucurbitacin B,calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin and calycosin in Jiangtangning Capsules simultaneously.Methods:A HPLC method with Diamasil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)as High-performance liquid chromatography column was developed at 30℃with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid as mobile phase,and the flow rate was set at 0.9 mL/min.The detection wavelength were set at 203 nm for heterophyllin B,227 nm for cucurbitacin B,and 254 nm for calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin and calycosin.The cluster analysis was conducted for the content results of five constituents in Jiangtangning Capsules by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results:Heterophyllin B,cucurbitacin B,calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin and calycosin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 1.16~23.20μg/mL,0.64~12.80μg/mL,8.78~175.60μg/mL,5.27~105.40μg/mL,3.59~71.80μg/mL(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 98.52%,96.97%,100.15%,98.74%and 99.34%with the RSDs of 1.61%,1.26%,0.73%,1.12%and 0.58%,respectively.The samples of 10 batches of Jiangtangning Capsules could be divided in to 2 categories.Conclusion:The method is easy to operate and repeatable,Can be valued as a quality control method for determination of heterophyllin B,cucurbitacin B,calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin and calycosin in Jiangtangning Capsules.
