孟鲁司特、西替利嗪联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察孟鲁司特、西替利嗪联合沙丁胺醇对改善小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床症状的疗效。方法:将2019年7月-2020年7月我院诊治的90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿纳入研究,按随机数字表法分成对照组(孟鲁司特+沙丁胺醇)及观察组(孟鲁司特+西替利嗪+沙丁胺醇),每组各45例,比较两组临床症状改善情况、肺功能、炎症指标水平及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组呼吸困难、高热及咳嗽消失时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC指标水平均有升高,IL-6、TNF-α指标水平均有下降,且观察组FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC指标水平较对照组更高,IL-6、TNF-α指标水平较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.7%,远低于对照组的22.2%(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特、西替利嗪联合沙丁胺醇对改善小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床症状效果优异,且肺功能有所增强,炎性反应得以降低。Objective:To observe the effect of montelukast,cetirizine and salbutamol on the improvement of clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:90 cases of children with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(montelukast+salbutamol)and observation group(montelukast+cetirizine+salbutamol),45 cases in each group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,lung function,inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the disappearance time of dyspnea,high fever and cough in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were increased,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased,and the levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.7%,which was much lower than 22.2%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast,cetirizine combined with salbutamol has excellent effect on improving the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma in children,and the lung function is enhanced and the inflammatory reaction is reduced.
