摘 要:目的检测上皮性卵巢癌组织中埃兹(Ezrin)和间皮素(MSLN)蛋白的表达水平,并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2016年3月至2018年6月青海红十字医院诊治的89例上皮性卵巢癌患者的资料作回顾性分析。将这89例患者设为癌组织组,另选取89例卵巢良性肿瘤患者的资料设为正常组织组。两组患者均实施手术,取癌组织和卵巢良性肿瘤旁正常组织采用免疫组化法检测Ezrin、MSLN蛋白表达,对比二者差异,并对比癌组织组不同临床病理特征患者Ezrin、MSLN蛋白表达阳性率差异。结果癌组织组患者癌组织中Ezrin和MSLN蛋白表达阳性率均高于正常组织组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期、低分化、淋巴结转移患者癌组织中Ezrin、MSLN蛋白表达阳性率均分别高于临床分期Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期、中高分化、无淋巴结转移患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄、最大肿瘤直径和组织学类型患者癌组织中Ezrin、MSLN蛋白表达阳性率均相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在上皮性卵巢癌组织中Ezrin、MSLN蛋白表达阳性率均明显升高,且与临床分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移状态相关。Objective To detect the expressions of Ezrin and MSLN protein in epithelial ovarian cancer,and to explore their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods 89 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer admitted in Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were selected as cancer group,another 89 cases as benign ovarian tumors group.Cancer group was analyzed retrospectively.Both groups underwent surgery,and Ezrin and MSLN protein expressions were detected in tumor tissues and normal ovarian tissue adjacent to benign tumors by immunohistochemistry.The positive rates of Ezrin and MSLN protein expressions in patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared.Results The positive rates of Ezrin and MSLN protein expressions in cancer tissues were higher than those in normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of Ezrin and MSLN protein expression in cancer tissues of patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳpoorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis were higher than those of patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ,moderately differentiated and non-lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rates of Ezrin and MSLN protein expressions in cancer tissues of patients with different ages,the maximum tumor diameter and histological types were similar(P>0.05).Conclusions The positive rates of Ezrin and MSLN protein expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues increase significantly,which are related to clinical stages,differentiation degrees and lymph node metastasis situations.
