摘　　要：意大利达涅利公司进口修磨机主要由磨头、台车和上下料台架构成。台车作为一个过渡和承载单元,它的控制直接影响到钢坯的修磨效果。根据不同的操作模式和不同的控制要求,考虑修磨的功率、修磨深度和修磨进给步长,代入相应的公式计算并且优化。the grinding machine imported by danieli company was mainly composed of grinding head,trolley and upper and lower material stand.As a transition and load bearing unit,the control of the trolley directly affected the effect of the billet grinding.According to different operation modes and different control requirements,the grinding power,grinding depth and feeding step size were considered,and corresponding formulas were substituted to calculate and optimize.
