摘　　要：在大众一汽发动机(大连)有限公司长春分公司的发动机缸盖装配生产线上,拆卸罩盖时会造成罩盖变形导致工件报废,针对这一问题产生的原因进行分析,并提出了切实可行的改进措施,对同类企业相同问题的解决具有一定的借鉴意义。On the Volkswagen FAW Engine(Dalian)Co.,Ltd.Changchun Branch engine cylinder head assembly line,when the cover is removed,the cover will be deformed and the work piece will be scrapped.Analysis of the causes of this problem have put forward feasible improvement measures,which has certain reference significance for solving the same problem in similar enterprises.
