摘　　要：随着我国经济和科技的不断发展和进步,人们对与汽车的需求和要求越来越高,从而有效的推动了汽车行业的发展,但是我国汽车行业的维修以及零件研发技术还有一定的局限性,特别是汽车维修管理方面的内容需要大幅度的提升,才能够满足当今社会对汽车维修的需求。本文主要是针对汽车维修管理中的技术问题、人员问题、安全问题以及制度规范问题等出发,并结合我国汽车维修管理现状,探究处理办法和完善对策,从而提高汽车维修的综合建设水平,为我国汽车维修管理方向提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous development and progress of our country’s economy and technology,people’s needs and requirements for automobiles have become higher and higher,which has effectively promoted the development of the automobile industry.But there is still limitation in the maintenance and parts research in our country’s automobile industry.The limitation of auto maintenance,especially the content of auto maintenance management needs to be greatly improved so as to meet the needs of today's society.This article focuses on the technical issues,personnel issues,safety issues,and system and regulatory issues in vehicle maintenance management,combined with the current situation of China’s vehicle maintenance management,to explore solutions and improve countermeasures,so as to improve the comprehensive construction level of vehicle maintenance and provide reference for automobile maintenance management.
