摘　　要：随着南京市地铁建设加快,地铁站点周边的办公用地越来越多,不同区位的轨道站点周边的办公建筑交通出行特征规律也有所不同,本文针对位于新街口商圈内的新华大厦进行了出行特征调查,对其规律进行了总结,以便为同类区位的办公类建筑规划提供借鉴。With the acceleration of the metro construction in Nanjing,there are more and more office buildings around the metro stations.The law for the travel traffic characteristics of office buildings around each metro station in different locations should be different.In this paper,the travel characteristics of Xinhua Building located in Xinjiekou business district are investigated and summarized,so as to provide a reference for the planning of office buildings in the same location.
