基于建造维度的漳州传统民居体系及其宜居问题研究

摘　　要：在历史街区、传统村落等历史风貌区中,传统民居构成了整体传统风貌基底,同时这些传统民居也成为社区居民生活、居住功能的承载空间。福建省漳州地区是我国传统民居类型最为复杂的区域之一,本文基于传统民居建造本源和居住属性要求,对漳州传统民居进行了建造类型研究,对漳州传统民居中的自发性改造进行了调研,总结了传统民居与现代宜居环境之间存在的主要问题,以期为进一步提升传统民居适宜性修缮和历史风貌区的保护提供基础支持和技术思路。In historical districts,traditional villages and other areas with historical features,a large number of general traditional houses constitute the base of the overall traditional features,but also the bearing space for the living and living functions of community residents.Zhangzhou area of Fujian is one of the most complex areas of traditional houses in China.Based on the construction origin and the requirements for the residential properties of traditional houses,this paper studies the construction types of traditional houses in Zhangzhou,investigates the spontaneous transformation of traditional houses in Zhangzhou,summarizes the main problems between traditional houses and modern livable environment,in order to provide fundamental support and technical ideas for the livable restoration of traditional houses as well as the protection of the areas with historic features.
