青岛旧工业建筑活化利用的思考——以1919创意产业园为例

摘　　要：现阶段青岛的城市化进程逐渐加快,许多因厂区搬迁等遭到废弃的旧工业建筑已被活化利用,发挥存在价值,但笔者发现被开发的旧工业建筑后续仍然面临多种问题。本文以青岛1919创意产业园区为例,针对其发展脉络分析原因及开发建议,为未来青岛地区已被活化利用之后的旧工业建筑能更好地生存发展提供借鉴意义。At the present stage,the urbanization process of Qingdao is gradually accelerating.Many old industrial buildings that have been abandoned due to factory relocation and other reasons have been activated and utilized to give full play to their existing value.However,it is found that the old industrial buildings that have been developed still face a variety of problems in the follow-up.Taking Qingdao 1919 Creative Industrial Park as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons and development suggestions for its development context,so as to provide reference significance for the future survival and development of old industrial buildings in Qingdao after being activated and utilized.
