摘　　要：上海近代厨房设备的演变对适应性建筑空间和人们的生活方式都带来了重要的影响,文章从近代室内厨房设备形成的时代背景入手,在具体的厨房设备类型、厨房设备的行业机构及其运作等方面进行系统深入的研究,旨在探讨厨房设备的变迁对居住空间性能化设计及生活方式的影响。The evolution of modern Shanghai kitchen equipment for adaptive architectural space and people’s life style has brought important influence.The paper starts from the time background for the forming of modern indoor kitchen equipment,and conducts an indepth research on the specific types of kitchen equipment,kitchen equipment industry organization and its operation system,etc.,with a view to discuss the influence of the change of the kitchen equipment on the performance-based design of living space and on the life style.
