摘  要:随着城市经济发展水平的不断提升,城市私家车数量日益增多,这种情况下很多建筑物都配备了地下车库,以进一步解决私家车等车辆停放问题。但地下车库其位置较为特殊,若通风工程在施工过程中未对防火阀进行合理设计和正确安装,极易引发消防安全隐患,一旦发生火灾则难以保证人们的人身安全及财产安全。所以为了保证地下车库的稳定安全性能,需要明确地下车库安装防火阀的必要性,掌握防火阀设计要点,合理选择适合地下车库通风工程的防火阀类型,加强安装过程的规范性和全面性,确保地下车库可为人们的生活提供安全便利。本文就地下车库通风工程防火阀的设计与安装作出分析,提出几点建议,以供参考。With the continuous improvement of the city’s economic development level,the number of private cars in the city is increasing day by day.In this case,many buildings are equipped with underground garages to further solve the parking problem of private cars and other vehicles.However,the underground garage is located in a special place.If the fire protection valve is not properly designed and installed during the construction of the ventilation project,it will easily lead to hidden fire safety hazards.In case of fire,it is difficult to guarantee people’s personal safety and property safety.Therefore,in order to ensure the stability and safety of the underground garage,it is necessary to make clear the necessity of installing the fire-proof valve in the underground garage,master the key points in the design of the fire-proof valve,and reasonably select the type of fire-proof valve suitable for the ventilation project of the underground garage,and strengthen the standardization and comprehensiveness of the installation process to ensure that the underground garage can provide safety and convenience for people’s life.This paper analyses the design and installation of fire-proof valve in the ventilation engineering of underground garage,and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
