摘 要:采用混捏法制备了NiO/ZnO-TiO2汽油脱硫吸附剂,以催化裂化轻汽油为原料,考察了还原温度对NiO/ZnO-TiO2吸附剂的吸附脱硫性能的影响,并采用XRD、压汞、H2-TPR等方法对吸附剂结构和性质进行了表征。实验结果表明,混捏法制备的NiO/ZnO-TiO2吸附剂经还原后有利于提高吸附剂的脱硫性能,适宜的还原温度为350℃,较低的还原温度会使吸附剂还原不充分,较高的还原温度会导致Ni-Zn合金的形成。在反应温度340℃、反应压力0.6 MPa、液态空速5 h^-1、氢油体积比25的条件下,NiO/ZnO-TiO2吸附剂能够将催化裂化轻汽油中硫含量由500μg/g降低至5μg/g以下,350℃还原的吸附剂的穿透硫容达到5.44%。NiO/ZnO-TiO2 gasoline desulfurization adsorbent was prepared by the kneading method.The effect of reduction temperature on the desulfurization performance of NiO/ZnO-TiO2 adsorbent was investigated by using FCC light gasoline as feedstock.Besides,the structure of the adsorbents was characterized by XRD,mercury intrusion,and H2-TPR.The result shows that reduction is beneficial to improve the desulfurization performance of the NiO/ZnO-TiO2 adsorbent.The optimal reduction temperature of the adsorbent is 350℃.Lower reduction temperature would result in an insufficient reduction of the active sites,while the higher reduction temperature would lead to the formation of Ni-Zn alloy.The adsorbent could remove the sulfide in the FCC light gasoline from 500μg/g to below 5μg/g under the following reaction conditions:340℃,0.6 MPa,LHSV 5 h^-1,H2/oil volume ratio 25.The penetrating sulfur capacity of the adsorbent reduced at 350℃is 5.44%.
