蜂巢平板扬声器设计若干问题研究

摘　　要：蜂巢平板扬声器是一个采用复合材料的平面振膜扬声器。该振膜胴体由3层材料组成,形状是一个平板圆形蜂巢体。采用平面振膜可以有效降低扬声器的安装深度,适宜于做成汽车音响、In-wall音响以及In-celling音响。虽然目前很多扬声器生产商都有类似结构设计,但并没有进行大批量生产。究其原因,一是生产工艺设计不合理,二是产品在设计时没有采取合理有效的零件设计方法。因此,从零件设计到产品生产工艺进行探讨,以期有效解决平板扬声器生产效率问题,并提升产品品质。设计蜂巢平板振膜采用G63AB胶水把胴体边缘密封固定,可防止扬声器工作时产生杂音。此外,采用定位夹具把托杯水平垂直固定在扬声器中心。The honeycomb flat speaker is a flat diaphragm speaker made of composite materials.The diaphragm carcass is composed of three layers of materials in the shape of a flat circular honeycomb.Planar diaphragm is proposed,which can effectively reduce the speaker installation depth,suitable for car audio,In-wall sound,In-celling sound.Although many speaker manufacturers have similar structure design at present,they have not carried out mass production.The reasons are as follows:first,the production process design is not reasonable;second,reasonable and effective part design method is not adopted in product design.In this paper,from the design of parts to the production process of products,to effectively solve the production efficiency of flat speaker and improve product quality.The honeycomb plate diaphragm is designed to seal and fix the carcass edge with special glue to prevent the noisiness of the loudspeaker.Fix the cup horizontally and vertically in the center of the speaker with a positioning fixture.
