摘 要:将压电复合材料拓展带宽技术和非谐振频段工作技术相结合,设计了一种非谐振压电复合材料宽带换能器。应用有限元软件进行建模仿真和优化计算,最终确定了换能器的结构尺寸参数。将压电复合材料振子灌封,制备了水声换能器并进行测试。结果表明,换能器的-3 dB带宽可达40 kHz,带宽比达50%,接收灵敏度≥-192 dB。将仿真结果和实验结果进行对比,结果显示实验值与计算值相吻合。A non-resonant broadband transducer is designed based on the combination of the piezoelectric composites broaden-band technique and the non-resonant frequency band technique.The finite element software is used to simulate and optimize the structure parameters of the transducer.What’s more,underwater acoustic transducers were made by embedding the piezoelectric composites into polyurethane.Measured by the test system,the-3 dB bandwidth can reach 40 kHz the Receiving voltage sensitivity of the transducer is greater than-192 dB.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results and The experimental results agree well with the calculated ones.
