摘 要:新能源汽车目前已经成为我国重点开发项目,且国内新能源汽车行业发展迅猛,新能源汽车市场保有率的不断提升使得废旧动力蓄电池的回收成为社会广泛关注的问题,废旧电池不能实现有效回收必然会给社会带来巨大环保隐患,且汽车动力电池中含有的钴、锂等属于战略资源,回收处理不当会导致严重资源浪费,对我国新能源汽车产业健康发展也会形成极大影响。在新能源汽车动力电池回收研究领域我国已经走在世界前列。本文主要针对我国新能源汽车动力蓄电池回收利用管理现状进行分析,并对管理体系建设情况进行分析,同时提出了新能源汽车动力蓄电池回收利用管理体系建设的一些建议。New energy vehicles have now become a key development project in our country,and the domestic new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly.The continuous increase in the market retention rate of new energy vehicles makes the recycling of used power batteries a widespread concern in society,and the eff ective recycling of used batteries cannot be achieved.It will inevitably bring huge environmental hazards to the society,and the cobalt and lithium contained in automobile power batteries are strategic resources.Improper recycling and treatment will cause serious waste of resources and will have a great impact on the healthy development of our country's new energy automobile industry.In the fi eld of research on the recycling of power batteries for new energy vehicles,our country is already at the forefront of the world.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of the new energy vehicle power battery recycling management,and analyzes the management system construction situation,and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of new energy vehicle power battery recycling management system.
