摘  要:阐述了1 000 kV分级式可控并联电抗器的特点及工作原理,对分级式可控并联电抗器容量顺序调节、越级调节的操作原理及控制顺序进行了分析,结合系统运行工况,对分级式可控并联电抗器内层无功优化平衡控制、外层边界电压紧急控制、最外层电磁暂态控制3种控制策略及优先级进行了研究,给出了分级式可控并联电抗器各层控制策略的适用条件、切换方式及无功补偿协调配合方案,最后指出了分级式可控并联电抗器的应用前景和后续研究方向。This paper describes the characteristics and working principle of hierarchical controllable shunt reactor(HCSR).Combined with power system operation conditions,this paper analyzes the capacity sequential regulation,the operating principle of step-crossing regulation and the control sequence of the HCSR.And then,in combination with the operating conditions of the system,the paper studies three control strategies and their priorities,namely,optimal balance control of inner reactive power,outer boundary voltage emergency control,and outermost electromagnetic transient control of the HCSR,presenting the suitable conditions,switching mode and coordination scheme of reactive power compensation for each layer control strategy of the HCSR.Finally,the paper points out the application prospect and future research direction of the HCSR.
