摘 要:由于柔性直流并网需要对相应电网进行补强,工程涉及范围较广,存在各补强工程不同期投产的情况,导致电网网架结构可能存在较多过渡形态。针对规划中的电网网架结构可能出现的不同过渡形态,以鄂西交流补强工程为例,使用电力系统综合稳定计算程序(PSASP)仿真分析了近区电网的静态、暂态稳定特性,研究了近区水电站外送通道的外送能力和制约因素,并从电网建设时序和系统稳控措施两个方面提出了改进建议,有效降低了电网运行风险,提高了近区水电站外送水平。研究结果对电网规划运行和同类交流补强工程规划设计都具有一定的参考意义。Flexible DC grid connection usually requires reinforcement of the corresponding power grid.Due to the wide scope of the project,there appear cases where various reinforcement projects are put into production in different periods,which results in more transitional forms of the grid structure.Aiming at the different transitional forms that may occur in the planned grid structure of the power grid,and taking the western Hubei AC reinforcement project as an example,this paper uses the power system integrated stability calculation program(PSASP)to simulate and analyze the static and transient stability characteristics of the near-term power grid,and then studies the delivery capacity and restrictive factors of the delivery channel of the hydropower station in the near area.Finally,the paper proposes improvement suggestions from the aspects of power grid construction timing and system stability control measures,which effectively reduces the risk of power grid operation and improves the delivery level of hydropower stations in the near area.The research results are of certain reference significance to power grid planning and operation as well as the planning and design of similar AC reinforcement projects.
