摘　　要：凝汽器检漏装置上的氢电导率表在使用过程中需定期更换离子交换树脂,该项工作不仅消耗人工,还容易引入交换柱附加误差,降低检漏装置的准确性。为解决以上问题,将利用电再生离子交换技术的智能氢电导率表应用于凝汽器检漏装置中,由于该仪表不需要更换或再生树脂,所以真正意义上实现了氢电导率的连续在线准确测量。智能氢电导率表在凝汽器检漏装置上的应用结果表明,仪表可准确迅速反映凝结水品质的变化,提高了凝汽器检漏装置检漏的准确性和灵敏性,对准确判断凝汽器是否泄漏和泄漏位置起了关键的作用。The hydrogen conductivity meter on the condenser leak detection device needs to replace ion exchange resin regularly.This work not only consumes man power,but also easily produces additional errors of exchange column and reduces the accuracy of the leak detection device.In order to solve the above problem,this paper applies the intelligent hydrogen conductivity meter based on the ion exchange technology of electric regeneration to the leak detection device of condenser.Because the meter does not need to replace or regenerate resin,continuous and online accurate measurement of hydrogen conductivity is achieved in a real sense.The application result of intelligent hydrogen conductivity meter in condenser leak detection device shows that the instrument can accurately and rapidly reflect the change of condensate water quality,improve the accuracy and sensitivity of condenser leak detection device,and play a key role in accurately judging whether or not the condenser leaks and where leak occurs.
