摘 要:为了深入理解表面活性剂溶液湍流减阻特性和减阻机理,使用旋转圆盘装置(RDA)对CTAC/NaSal(质量比1∶1)表面活性剂水溶液进行了减阻实验研究。结果表明:对于低浓度的减阻溶液(如75 ppm),减阻率随雷诺数的升高而减小(除30℃外),最大减阻率随温度的升高而减小;对于中等浓度的减阻溶液(如150 ppm),减阻率随雷诺数的升高而增大,最大减阻率随温度的升高先增大后减小。浓度、温度和雷诺数对减阻率的影响均表现出两面性,相互影响关系错综复杂;最高减阻率和有效减阻临界温度均随减阻溶液浓度的升高而增大。In order to deeply understand the characteristics and mechanism of turbulence drag reduction by surfactants,the drag reduction experiments on CTAC/NaSal(mass ratio 1∶1)surfactant aqueous solution were carried out using a rotating disk apparatus(RDA).The experimental results show that for the drag-reducing solution with a low concentration(i.e.,75 ppm),the drag reduction rate decreases with the increase of the Reynolds number(excluding 30℃),and the maximum drag-reducing rate decreases with increasing temperature.For the drag-reducing solution with a medium concentration(such as 150 ppm),the drag reduction rate increases with the increase of the Reynolds number,and the maximum drag-reducing rate increases firstly and then decreases with the rise of temperature.There are two effects of concentration,temperature and Reynolds number on the drag reduction rate,and the interaction among these factors is complex.The maximum drag reduction rate and the effective critical temperature of drag reduction increase with the increase of the concentration.
